He was respectful, knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous, from start to finish - and I wrapped up a finance purchase with him within 48 hours. I had another test drive/visit scheduled on the same day as my test drive/visit with Jose at another dealership (not Hyundai), and the difference in customer service, knowledge, and overall genuine personality was astounding. If I ever need to conduct future business at Hyundai, I will make sure I work with him.

Another great experience getting my car serviced at Towne Huyndai. The wait time was as predicted to me upon arrival, so I was prepared. They were also able to take me several hours before my appointment time. Mike was very thorough and was kind enough to apply a high coupon value than the one I had with me since he informed me was the higher value coupon was coming out a day or two after my appointment for the holidays and didn't want me to miss it. Meant a lot and was very appreciated!
